Amanda Effinger is MPA's Billing and HR Manager, supporting all three locations — McAlester, Poteau, and McPherson. She keeps the behind-the-scenes infrastructure of the practice running smoothly, handling the complex, detail-oriented work that allows the clinical team to do what they do best.
Whether it's navigating billing intricacies or managing HR across multiple sites, Amanda brings reliability, organization, and no small amount of dedication to her role. When she steps away from all of it, you'll find her on a date with her husband and kids — which honestly sounds like the perfect reset.
