Beth Phillips, Registered Psychological Technician

Beth Phillips is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Psychological Technician serving MPA's McAlester and Poteau locations. At MPA, our Registered Psychological Technicians play an important role in supporting psychological services under the supervision of licensed psychologists. Psychological technicians may assist with tasks such as psychological testing administration, behavioral observations, record organization, and other supportive functions within the scope permitted by Oklahoma law and professional regulations. While some team members may also hold additional professional licenses or credentials that allow them to provide services in a different clinical capacity, services provided in the role of Registered Psychological Technician are always supervised and practice-limited in accordance with state guidelines. Beth specializes in working with adolescents and adults (ages 13 and up), with a clinical focus on grief, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Her approach is shaped by both strong clinical training and genuine compassion for the challenges her clients navigate.

On the lighter side of life, Beth has a French Bulldog named Beans. And if you know anything about French Bulldogs, you already know why that makes her smile every single day.
