Family therapy is a form of counseling that works with families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and address challenges together. Rather than focusing on one individual, it looks at how family members interact and how those patterns may be contributing to stress or conflict. Family therapy can be helpful for concerns such as behavioral issues, life transitions, parenting challenges, or the impact of anxiety, trauma, or other mental health needs. Sessions provide a supportive space for each person to be heard, while learning healthier ways to communicate, problem-solve, and support one another. Over time, families often experience improved understanding, stronger connections, and a more positive, stable home environment.
