Sarah Vanderburg

Sarah Vanderburg is a Psychological Technician at MPA's McAlester location, bringing over 13 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Stephens College and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University — a background that reflects both scientific rigor and deep human insight.

Sarah's clinical journey has given her a broad, seasoned perspective on mental health care, and she channels all of that experience into her work supporting MPA's clients and team.

On her days off, she's currently learning the art of embroidery. Come spring and summer, she trades the needle for a lawn mower. Both, she'll tell you, are surprisingly meditative.
